摘要
以淀粉为原料制备出一种改性淀粉除油絮凝剂(MSOR),并利用模拟含油废水试验了其除油性能.试验结果表明,在pH值为9,温度为65℃时,每升模拟含油废水中加入22.4 mg MSOR,静置30 min就能使废水中的油、CODCr和色度的去除率分别达到88.2%、95.7%和97.1%.通过不同絮凝剂处理效果对比试验及对餐饮废水和地沟油废水处理试验发现,MSOR处理含油废水的絮凝性能明显优于其它的絮凝剂,可用于石油及其他含油工业废水的净化处理.
A type of modified starch - based oil removal flocculant denoted as MSOR, was prepared by adopting the starch as raw material. And, the removal percentages of oil, CODCr and eolourity of the elfluent could reach 88.2%, 95.7% and 97.1% respectively under such optimal conditions as 9 of the pH value, 65 ℃ of the temperature, 30 minutes of stewing time and 22.4 mg · L^-1 of the flocculant dosage etc. Moreover, the comparison tests with various flocculants indicated that the flocculation performance of the MSOR apparently prevailed over such high - molecular flocculants as polyacrylamide (PAM), polyaluminium chloride (PAC) and other inorganic flocculants, and the MSOR could also be used to treat the petroleum and other industry oily wastewater.
