介绍了变电站主设备LCC管理在规划建设、生产维护、更新改造和报废各阶段的管理以及在设备采购上的实践,详细阐述了LCC计算模型及成本数据的选取方法,在此基础上,重点介绍了招标采购中LCC的管理实践。
The Life Cycle Cost （LCC） management for main substation equipment was presented in the stages of planning and construction, operation and maintenance, upgrading and retrofits, and retirement of the equipment. The LCC calculation model and the cost data selection method were illuminated, as well as application of LCC management to bid-invitation and purchase of main substation equipment.
