摘要
用卤代烷与壳聚糖反应,制备了具不同长度烷基取代基的壳聚糖衍生物。红外和X衍射测试结果表明:烷基取代基的引入削弱了壳聚糖分子间的氢键作用,可改善其溶解性能。其中,C2、C4和C8烷基取代衍生物有良好的水溶性,抗凝血性能则随烷基取代基的增长而得以改善。
Alkyl-chitosan was prepared with various alkyl halides with different chain lengths. The solubility of alkyl-chitosan derivatives in water was found to be conrrespond with the chain length. The hydrophilicity was considered to be result from the partial destruction of crystalline structure in the chitosan molecule, according to IR and X-ray study. The results of blood-cotting time and plasma racalcification time in vitro showed that the more the chain length, the more the good antithrombogenicity.
