不同能量和蛋白水平对生长期特种野猪屠宰性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 影响猪肉品质的因素很多,除猪本身的遗传特性外,还有环境、营养及饲养管理等因素。实践证明,在猪饲料中添加不同营养成分及调整饲料营养结构可降低猪肉体脂含量,改善猪肉品质。日粮能量和蛋白质水平对动物的生长肥育性能和胴体瘦肉率起关键作用。试验通过对特种野猪饲喂不同营养水平的日粮,测定屠宰率、瘦肉率、系水力、眼肌面积、大理石纹、嫩度等指标,衡量特种野猪的肉质情况,检验特种野猪的饲养效果,为更准确地筛选最佳饲料配方提供参考依据。
