摘要 定子电流信号分析法是一种非侵入式的电机轴承故障检测方法,相对轴承振动信号分析法,定子电流信号更易提取,方法更加简捷、实用。通过对轴承常见表面损伤类故障造成的转子轴径向运动的分析,得出了新的定子电流谐波表达式。经过试验验证,证明了通过定子电流检测感应电机轴承故障的可行性和有效性。 Stator current signature analysis is a non - intrusive approach to inspect bearing faults in induction motors. Relative to the vibration signature analysis method, stator current signature is relative readily measured for motor protection. So the simple and convenient more. Through the analysis of the radial movement resulting from damaged bearing, a new expression for additional frequencies in the current has been made. The feasibility and adaptability are proved by a verification experiment.
