摘要
采用化学磺化法对SBS热塑性弹性体进行离子化,研究了不同磺化程度以及不同金属离子对磺化产物结构与性能的影响,发现离子化产物的动态模量、拉伸强度和伸长率均有明显提高,不同金属离子对离聚物性能影响不同。其中以Ni2+中和的产物,离子基团间作用力强,产物力学性能最好。
A series of sulphonated SBS ionomers was achieved by reacting SBS block copolymer with acetic anhydride and sulphuric acid. The sulphonic acid groups were mainly attached on polyvinylstyrene chains and these acid form groups were further neutralized with Cu(Ac)2 and Ni(Ac)2 to prepare the metal based ionomers. The products were characterized by using FT-IR, DMTA and Stress-Strain analysis. It was found that the incorporation of the ionic groups favoured to enhance the cohesion of hard segment and improve the mechanical properties of the ionomers. The efforts of the sulphonic salt were determined by both the ionic content and the nature of the counter ions.
