摘要
矿车自重及重心位置是矿车的重要参数,对钢丝绳牵引及电机车牵引轨道运输的安全性、经济性和可靠性具有重要影响,对矿车使用的经济性、运行稳定性以及不同工况的碰撞特性等运行特性进行综述,综合分析了矿车自重及其重心位置对运行特性的影响,并提出了对矿车进行轻量化的建议。
The weight and centre of gravity position are the important parameters of the mine cars, they have an important effect on the security, economy and reliability of the wire rope and electric locomotive traction rail transportation. Some running characteristics were summarized, such as the usage economy, running stability, collision characteristics in different working conditions, etc.. The impact of the weight and centre gravity position about running characteristics comprehensively was analysed, some suggestions were brought up on the weight reduction.
