摘要
随着学费制度的建立,价格手段应参与高等教育资源的配置对高教产品进行定价。各高等学校、专业所提供教育的质量差异要求优质优价,"热门专业"与"冷门专业"收费对高等教育个人收益率的偏离而造成的拥挤效用要求专业收费加大差别。高等教育差别定价是增进社会福利的过程,让价格手段参与高等教育资源配置是必然和必要的。
With the establishment of tuition fees system,price of higher education should be involved in resource allocation and fixed price to higher education.Various colleges and universities as well as different specialty qualities demand higher prices for better quality;the deviation caused by the rate of personal income on the basis of＂popular specialty ＂and＂receives little attention specialty＂demands charges to different specialties because of the congregation effectiveness.Differential pricing in higher education is to enhance the process of social welfare,and it is inevitable and necessary for price means to participate in the allocation of resources.
