摘要
旅游安全风险对人们的旅游活动及社会经济效益有着重要的影响,同时会影响到旅游者的出游意向,灾后旅游地的特征决定其面临更加严重的安全风险问题。本文从系统理论的角度出发,在旅游地安全事故责任分类的基础上,运用层次分析法(AHP)对灾后旅游地可能存在的安全风险进行了综合分析,并提出灾后旅游地安全风险评价的指标体系。指标体系包括5个一级指标和18个二级指标,其构建对灾后旅游地重建及规划管理有着重要的理论和实践意义。
The potential safety risk in tourism areas plays an important role in tourist activities and socioeconomic performance,and it may affect the intentions of tourists.Because of the special characters of tourism areas which suffered from the disaster,these areas have to face serious safety risk situation.Based on the classification of environment factors and accidental responsibility,from the view of systematic theory,this article applies the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） to analyze the potential safety risk in tourism areas,then,puts forward the safety risk assessment index system.The index system includes 5 first-level indexes and 18 second-level indexes.This study has both theoretical and practical significance to tourism reconstruction,and tourism plan or management.
