摘要
本文重点比较了清代中西饮食文化的不同和清代中西饮食文化交流的历史过程,同时讨论了清代中西饮食文化的不同点对中西饮食文化后续发展的影响。
This paper focuses on the differences of Chinese and Western dietetic cultures and the history of dietetic cultural interaction in the period of Qing Dynasty.At the same time,it analyzes the influences brought by the differences of Chinese and Western dietetic cultures in the period of Qing Dynasty.
