摘要
研制出一种加冲洗水圆筒圆锥筒式水力旋流器,并对其分级性能进行了讨论。结果表明,它可以在稳定底流浓度和操作的情况下,显著提高分级效率。其最大分级效率可达8771%,分别比普通圆筒圆锥筒式水力旋流器和普通圆筒式水力旋流器提高1277%和1550%。
A waterinjected cyclindroconical hydrocyclone was developed. In this paper, the author discusses its classifcation performces. The results indicate that the hydrocyclone can improve greatly its classification efficiency under steady underflow density and operation conditions. Its maximum classification efficiency is up to 87.71%, and 1277% and 1550% higher than a conventional cyclindroconical hydrocylone and a conventional cylindrical hydrocyclone, respectively. Finally, the author discusses its classification principles according to the flow field theory of hydrocyclone.
