摘要
综合运用电化学和表面化学原理,开发了一种适应于硫化矿混合精矿中抑制黄铜矿的新药剂CD(带有SH,OH官能团)。通过与硫化钠的对比试验分析,发现新药剂与硫化钠抑制黄铜矿的差异,在于它们在黄铜矿表面的吸附性质不同。新药剂在黄铜矿表面形成氧化产物,而硫化钠在黄铜矿表面的吸附物是HS-,在浮选过程中HS-会氧化,从而失去抑制效果。
According to the principles of electrochemistry and surface chemistry, a new agent with SH and OH function groups (CD) is prepared for depressing chalcopyrite in bulk sulfide concentrate. By comparative tests, it is found that the new agent is different from sodium sulfide in their surface adsorbabitity on chalcopyrite. For the former, oxide can form and for the latter HS- on the surace of chalcopyrite. HS- is readily oxidated to lose its depressing effect during flotation.
