摘要
用电导法测量植物组织的生长方便迅速,可以实现在线测量.研究了青蒿毛状根培养中电导率的变化与生长的关系.结果表明:电导率的降低与毛状根的生物量增长呈线性关系.
The conductivity method is speedy, convenient and amenable to on-line monitoring for measuring the growth of plant tissue cultures. Conductivity change in the medium was investigated in hair root cultures of Artermisia annua l., and a linea rrelationship between increasing biomass and decreasing conductivity was observed.
