论近红外品质分析仪在淀粉生产质量控制中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 在产品质量控制中,各质量控制点的指标检测结果是质量控制的重要依据,如何为生产提供快速、准确的检测结果,成为质量控制是否稳定的关键,常规检测法因跨越时间长,无法快速的指导生产质量指标的控制。在这种情况下,选择快速准确的仪器就成为必然的选择,近红外分析仪器以其操作简便、快速、结果准确、重复性好等特点被运用在淀粉生产质量控制中,就取得了很好的效果,并且还节约了大量化学试剂,从而降低了原辅料消耗。
