脑电双频谱指数在麻醉临床教学中的作用探讨

摘要 脑电双频谱指数(BIS)的出现消除了一直以来存在于麻醉深度监测领域的盲区,有助于避免临床麻醉管理和药物使用的盲目性,提高了麻醉的安全性。BIS在提高临床麻醉质量的同时也大大提高了麻醉临床教学质量,可很好地帮助年轻麻醉医生的成长,帮助树立正确的麻醉理念,有助于提高麻醉管理能力和对术中不良事件的处理能力,BIS也很好地兼顾了患者的利益。
