摘要
介绍了国内外公路预防性养护研究现状,认为"路面保存"这种新的预防性养护新概念应当提倡,即提倡"修理好的路面,不修理差的路面",打破"路不坏不修"的传统观念。同时,对进行预防性养护产生的经济效益作了分析,并提出进行公路预防性的对策和建议。
This article analyzes the domestic and foreign present conditions for doing a research on preventive highway maintenance, and it considers that the new conception, pavement preservation, of preventive maintenance should be promoted, that is, to repair the better pavement but not the poor one, thus breaking with the traditional ideas of doing not repair until the pavement is damaged. At the same time, it made an analysis of economic benefit on preventive maintenance, with presentation of some suggestions and countermeasures for preventive highway maintenance.
