摘要
Fe-Mn-Cr-N奥氏体钢在低温下形变组织具有严格的晶体学特征。穿晶脆断刻面是{111}γ,刻面上滑移带相交成60°,两相交大角度109°28′的{111}γ穿晶刻面上滑移带成对称状;沿形变孪晶界面脆断面为{110}面,相交形变孪晶夹角为70°;滑移带在孪晶晶界处产生扭折,扭折角35~40°;在任意的金相断面上。
Deformation microstructure in a Fe Mn Cr N austenitic steel shows strict crystallographic features. The transgranular facets were identified as {111} γ , on which the intersecting angle between bands is 60°. The slip bands on two intersecting {111} γ (109°28 ′) display regular symmetry. The brittle fracture plane along the deformation twin is {110}. The angle between intersecting deformation twin is 70°. The slip bands were kinked at fcc twin boundaries with the kink angle 35~40°. The angle between different slip bands on the metallographs is 60~80°.
