摘要
对GH4169合金中的δ相密集区所占的面积分数与冲击功的关系进行了定量研究,并用SEM观察了冲击断口的表面,结果表明:GH4169合金的冲击功随组织中δ相密集区所占的面积分数增大而减小,冲击断口为韧窝断口。
The relationship between impact energy and the area percentage of δ phase concentration zone in microstructure of alloy GH4169 has been studied quantitatively. In addition, the morphology of impact fracture surface was observed by SEM. The results indicate that the impact energy of alloy GH4169 decreases as the area percentage of δ phase concentration zone in microstructure increases, and the impact fracture are of dimple surfaces.
