摘要
应用数据包络分析方法提出了测算矿山相对生产率的方法，研究了矿山投入规模与技术方面的问题，提出了矿山基于相对生产率的优劣排序方法，分析了非优良矿山存在问题及其原因，并指明向优良矿山转化在投入、产出方面所应作的努力。该方法不需要任何人为因素的干预，完全利用生产实际数据对矿山进行测算。
This paper puts forward a method to evaluate relative productivity of mines using the data envelopment analysis,studies problems of input scale and technology,establishes the sorting method based on relative productivity,analyses the problems and reasons of mines defined non efficient and points out the work that can be done in put and output in change of non efficient mines into efficient mines.This method doesn't need any work of subjective factors based on man,utilizes whole actual data from production to evaluate mines,the conclusions generated by this method has good objectivity.
