摘要
本文论述了目前国外薄带连铸技术产业进程中所存在的主要问题——铸带表面缺陷和带形偏差—的影响因素及其相互关系。与此同时,对于这些问题可能解决的技术途径也进行了探索。
The problems of surface defects and dimensional instability in the twin - roll strip casting process remain unsolved in the present stage. This paper deals chiefly with the factors that in-flunce the surface quality, strip shape and their combined effects. Meanwhile, possible means of improvement in these aspects are explored in this paper as well.
