摘要
介绍了CZ-2E星箭解锁包带用00Ni18Co7Mo5Ti钢带的研制。采用真空感应熔炼十二次真空自耗重熔工艺,可获得低气体、夹杂含量低并细小均匀分布的钢锭。钢带具有高强度、高断裂韧性和良好的加工焊接性能,成功地代替Ti带用于星箭解锁包带。
This paper introduces development of steel strip 00Ni18Co7Mo5Ti for belting of CZ -2E star relief lock. Using vacuum - induction meting plus vacuum consumable electrode double melting process, the ingot with low- gas conntent and fine homogeneous distribution low inclusion content can be obtained. The strip has high strength, high fracture toughness and wordable good welding properties, it is substituted successfully for ti belt and applies to belting of star arrow relief lock.
