摘要
人文关怀就是要关怀每个具体人的幸福。《物权法》正是从平等原则、所有权、用益物权、担保物权以及自然资源使用权等方面对个人的生存与生活、价值与尊严、人性与人格、现实与理想以及可持续发展的全面落实。
Humanistic concern is to care for the well - being of every common person. There are a lot of Humanistic cares in ＂Reality of laws＂ such as the survival and livelihood of individuals, the value and dignity, the humanity and personality, the reality and the ideal as well as sustainable development from different ways including the principle of equality, the ownership, the use of property rights, warrant of the reality rights, as well as the right to use natural resources etc.
