摘要
对适用于长运距、大运量带式输送机的液压张紧装置进行了研究,设计了一种用主、辅张紧油缸共同实现张紧(可加快启动阶段的张紧速度,缩短过度张紧过程的时间,增大张紧行程和张紧力的调节范围),用慢速绞车对张紧小车进行较大距离牵引和调动的液压张紧装置。根据工作要求和工况特点,作了液压系统设计,分析了工作原理,对主要技术参数的选取进行了讨论。该液压系统具有结构简单、使用元件少、保护完善、工作平稳、可靠等特点,可供设计、制造和使用单位参考。
A kind of tension device which oil cylinder service as executive element to realize tension and low-velocity winch applied to make long-distance traction for tension dolly was designed. The whole structure and hydraulic system were designed. Its working principle was analyzed, and the selection of mayor technical parameters of the hydraulic system was disscussed.
