摘要
在煤矿企业使用的众多设备中,减速器是构成这些设备的主要部件,所以减速器的性能决定着设备的整体性能,直接影响着设备的正常运行。分析了减速器运行与润滑环境的关系,介绍了怎样选择合理的润滑油,以及在使用润滑油的过程中应注意的事项,阐述了为保证矿用减速器的正常润滑应采取的措施,强调了润滑环境对减速器寿命、可靠性的重要作用。
In the numerous equipment of using in coal mine enterprise, speed reducer constitutes major component of these equipment, therefore the performance of speed reducer decides overall performance of equipment, directly influences normal operation of equipment. Analyzes the relations of speed reducer running with the lubrication environment, introduces how to choose the reasonable lubricating oil, as well as should pay attention item in the process of using lubricating oil, elaborates that should adopt the measures for guarantee normal lubrication of mineral speed reducer, emphasizes the important role of lubrication environment to the life of speed reducer and the reliability.
