摘要
从目前煤炭企业生产管理现状出发,结合煤炭企业面临的问题,论述了我国煤炭企业今后的发展方向,即调整资源配置和优化企业结构,依靠科技进步,提升煤炭企业技术装备和工艺水平,向集中化、专业化和联合化方向发展,走循环经济发展道路。
This article embarks from the present situation of production management in coal enterprise, combines the facing question of coal enterprise, elaborates development direction of our country coal enterprise in furture, namely adjusts resources deployment and optimizes pattern of enterprises, depends upon the advance of science and technology, promotes coal enterprise technical equipment and the technological level, develops the centralization, the specialization and the amalgamation, follows the development path of circulation economy.
