DG技术及其用于钢铁企业能源平衡的可行性分析

摘要 简介了煤固体热载体干馏新技术(简称DG技术)。DG技术工艺简单,操作容易,条件温和。分析了本项技术应用于钢铁企业的可行性。半焦用于高炉喷吹,煤气补充钢铁企业内冶金燃气不足。DG技术是解决未来钢铁企业能源平衡的一条可行途径。 A pilot plant of lignite retorting using hot char as heat carrier (DG process) is introduced briefly in this paper. The DG process is easy to be operated. Its reaction conditions are more moderate than those of other coal conversion technologies. It is a feasible way to keep energy balances at steel works, in which the produced char'could be used as a kind of feedstock for blast furnace injection and the gas used as a complemental fuel.
