摘要
本文主要介绍了分体式搪瓷内胆太阳能热水器控制系统的设计方案,该方案采用单片机控制,分为线控器和主控制器,它们之间的数据交换采用自定义通信格式。该控制系统还具有对搪瓷内胆的防腐蚀保护功能——电子防腐,该控制系统与以往的控制系统不同,采用了大量创新设计及新材料,如触摸按键、亚克力面板、不同模式可用水量、多种集热循环模式、手动调试功能等。
This thesis mainly introduces the new design of control system for split solar water heaters with inner tank made of porcelain enameI.MCU is adopted in this design in the form of main controller and sub-controller,the data exchanging between which is by means of user-defined communication. This system also functions anti-corrosive performance to the inner tank, that is, anti-corrosion by electronic device.Being different from the former controlling systems,this design applies many new technologies,materials,concepts,and develops many new functions,such as touch sensing,outer shell made of PMMA, available water consumption and heat collecting circulation of different models, manual adjustment,etc.
