5F共用型导管在经桡动脉冠状动脉造影中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】探讨运用5F(左右侧)共用型导管行经桡动脉冠状动脉造影的可行性、安全性和成功率。【方法】回顾本院486例运用5F共用型导管行经桡动脉冠状动脉造影的临床资料,了解其成功率及并发症发生率,总结5F共用型导管操作技巧。[结果]486例患者桡动脉穿刺成功467例,成功率96.09%(467/486);467例桡动脉穿刺成功患者457经桡动脉造影获得成功,成功率97.88%(457/467);其中完全使用5F共用型造影管446例,占97.59%(446/457);5F共用造影管配合使用6F JudkinsR3.5造影管11例,占2.41%(11/457);并发症发生率5.76%(28/486);无死亡病例。【结论】运用5F共用型导管行经桡动脉冠状动脉造影成功率高、并发症少,配合使用6F JudkinsR3.5造影管可提高成功率,并在临床上有良好的可行性和安全性。 [Objective] To evaluate the feasibility, safety and success rate of 5F universal catheter used in trans radial coronary angiography. [Methods] The clinical data of 486 patients who had received trans-radial coronary angiography with 5F universal catheter were reviewed retrospectively, and their success rate and incidence of complications were observed. The techniques how to use the 5F universal catheter in coronary angiog raphy were summarized. [Results]All 486 patients received the radial artery puncture, and the success rate was 96.09 % (467/486). The success rate of trans-radial coronary angiography was 97.88 % (457/467). The 446 patients only received the 5F universal catheter,accounting for 97.59 % (446/457). Eleven patients received the 5F universal catheter, meanwhile received the 6F JudkinsR 3.5 catheter accounting for 2.41 % (11/457), and the complication rate was 5.76 % (28/486). No case died. [Conclusion]Trans radial coronary angiography with 5F universal catheter has higher rate of success and lower complication rate. 5F universal catheter combined with 6F JudkinsR3.5 catheter will improve the success rate.. It has good clinical feasibility and safety.
