摘要
安全仪表系统是大型石化生产装置的安全保障,其性能可靠是对安全仪表系统最重要的要求,因此有必要对如何提高安全仪表系统的可靠性进行探讨。文章从理论上和实际应用的经验方面详细地分析安全仪表系统所出现的各种故障的原因,并结合多年的使用经验,给出了一些提高安全仪表系统可靠性的方法和途径,具有一定的实用价值。
Safety Instrument System (SIS) is a security of the large-scale petrochemical plant. Its reliability is important to the system. So it is essential to discuss how to improve the security reliability of the SIS. In this paper, the author analyzes all kinds of the fault reasons of the SIS from theory and application experience. With the experiences of years, the author gives methods to improve the reliability of the SIS which has practical value.
