银杏叶片减轻大鼠肾小球硬化的实验研究 被引量:14

An experimental study on effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on glomerulosclerosis

摘要 目的探讨防治肾小球硬化有效而可行的方法。方法应用天然的血小板活化因子受体拮抗剂银杏叶片,预防性治疗实验性肾小球硬化大鼠。结果银杏叶片可有效地保护实验性肾小球硬化大鼠的肾小球和肾小管部分功能,显著减轻肾脏病理损伤及肾小球硬化,但对缓解肾病综合征状态无明显效果。 Objective To find out an effective and feasible therapy for progressive glomerulosclerosis. Methods Experimental glomerulosclerotic rats were treated preventively with Ginkgo biloba extract, a natural platelet activating factor (PAF) receptor antagonist. Results The glomerular and tubular functions were protected effectively, the renal lesion and glomerulosclerosis were also reduced obviously, but the proteinuria and nephrotic state weren′t improved by Ginkgo biloba extract therapy. Conclusion PAF receptor antagonist could effectively reduce renal injury and glomerulosclerosis, and PAF might be one of the important mediators of glomerulosclerosis in this model.
