摘要
根据强化传热理论,应用套管式换热实验台,选择基管外径分别为25mm的光管和波纹管换热器进行传热性能及阻垢性能实验。实验结果表明:波纹管的总传热系数是光管传热系数的1.1-1.2倍;光管的污垢热阻比波纹管的污垢热阻约高出35%。
According to the intensifying transmit heat theory, a double-pipe heat interchanger experiment system is designed, and light tube and corrugated tube with diameter 25 mm are chosen to do the experiment of the intensifying transmit heat function and fouling characteristics. The experimental results show that the total transmitting heat coefficient of corrugated tube is about 1.1-1.2 times of that of light tube, and that fouling heat resistance of corrugated tube is about 35 % higher than light tube.
