摘要
高校二级单位教材管理信息化建设是新时期高校管理的需要,它的应用在一定程度上反映出学校教学管理现代化水平。本文通过对教材征订流程的分析,进行了系统总体设计,建立起管理员、教师和相关部门之间的有效关联,解决了现有教材征订中存在的问题。实践证明该系统对加强教材管理、保证教学质量、提高管理水平和效率等方面都具有十分重要的意义。
The subscription process of teaching materials was analyzed and the teaching materials declaration system was designed. An effective connection was achieved among administers, teachers and other related departments. Some problems existed in the subscription of teaching materials were solved. The practice shows the system has a great significance in strengthening teaching materials administration, ensuring the teaching quality, improving the level and efficiency of teaching management and other aspects.
