摘要
电力大客户负荷管理系统是围绕着需求侧管理,集现代数字通信技术、计算机软硬件技术、电能计量技术和电力营销技术为一体的综合性的实时信息采集与分析处理系统。其主要目标是管理大客户负荷,在用电高峰时下发控制命令,启动负荷管理现场终端的功率控制以及实现远程自动抄表、用电异常信息报警、线损实时分析、预付电费等功能。
Large power customers management (LPCM) system is applied to the demand side management (DSM).LPCM,which integrates the modem digital communication technique,computer software and hardware technique, electric power measurement technique and electric power marketing technique,is a comprehensive real-time information collection and analysis system Its main aim is managing the large power customers business process and sending control commands at the peak power. It has the functions of starting load management of the terminal power control ,auto-meter reading, alarm, line loss analysis,pre-payment, etc.
