摘要
调查河南省五个城市的部分青少年足球后备人才培养机构——青少年体育运动学校、业余体校、体育传统学校、青少年体育俱乐部和足球学校等,得出的结论表明:河南省青少年足球后备人才培养的现状不容乐观。如培养模式单一,市场化程度不高;教练员人数少,水平也有待提高;科学化训练水平不高,培养效率低下;运动员出路窄等等,正视这些问题,就容易找到相应对策,切实促进河南省足球后备人才的培养。
Adopting the methods of the documentary analysis, questionnaire investigation, this study conducts research on the status of cultivating football reserve talents in five cities of Henan province, which owns in which there are training schools, sports schools, teenager sports clubs and football school. A group of teenager football players, coaches as well as relative assistants are invited to do the questionnaire and also some experts and front-line managers are interviewed, which endows the author with a comprehensive view of the status of talent-cultivating in Henan province.
