PC/SMA熔融共混物的红外光谱研究

摘要 采用熔融挤出法制备PC/SMA共混物,借助傅里叶红外光谱仪收集红外谱图,并对其特征吸收峰进行分析。分析了嵌段型?接枝型SMA的红外谱图差异;讨论了SMA,PC及其共混物经分离提纯后的红外谱图,熔融共混过程中的共聚反应的生成;讨论了嵌段型、接枝型SMA反应效率。结果表明:PC端羟基与SMA中的极性的羧酸基发生酯化反应,接枝型SMA活性比较好,嵌段型SMA空间位阻大,但MAH含量高;通过计算,SMA中MAH含量越大,反应效率越高。 PC/SMA blends were prepared by melting extrusion using block copolymer SMA and graft co- polymer SMA respectively. The infrared spectrum of PC, SMA and PC/SMA blends separated and puri-fied were measured by FTIR. The reaction of PC and SMA in the process of melting extrusion was discussed by comparison of their characteristic IR absorption peaks. The results showed that the hydroxyl terminated of PC reacted with the earboxyl groups of SMA and the reactivity of grafted eopolymer SMA was better while block copolymer SMA had lager steric hindrance and high content of MAH. It was also showed that the reactivity of SMA was increased with increasing the content of MAH.
