摘要
文章从不同角度分析了"以员工为中心"与"以病人为中心"的辨证关系,指出目前医院管理中存在只提"以病人为中心"而忽视员工管理的误区,提出"以员工为中心"的现代医院内部人本管理模式,并给出具体的实施措施:尊重员工,使员工享有公平公正的待遇;创设公平合理的分配机制,让员工获得应有的报酬;创设员工与医院共同发展的机制,提供员工发展的平台;创设引导性的管理机制;处理好人与制度的关系。
This article analyzed the dialectical relationship between the "staff-centered"and "patient-centered"from a different point of view, pointed out the mistake of hospital management at present which only concerned patient- centered but ignored Staff management, bringde forward"staff-centered" internal hospital humanistic management, and gave specific implementation measures: Respect for employees , make employees enjoy a fair and impartial treatment; create fair and reasonable distribution mechanism for employees to obtain their due reward; create mechanisms that hospital and staff develop together and provide a platform for staff development; create to guide management mechanisms; deal with the relationship between staffs and the system.
