超声诊断睾丸微石症的临床价值及意义 被引量：6

摘要 目的 探讨睾丸微石症（TM）的超声表现、诊断及临床意义。方法对30例TM超声检查结果、临床资料进行回顾性分析并文献复习。结果TM超声表现为睾丸实质内弥散分布着直径为1—3mm，后方无声影的点状强回声。30例中18例为特征性TM（CTM）（三级），12例为局限性TM（LTM）；其中伴有精索静脉曲张11例，隐睾8例，附睾丸头囊肿4例，附睾炎3例，精原细胞瘤2例及不育症2例。结论TM是由于沉积于睾丸曲精小管内独特的钙化物而形成的综合征，超声检查为首选方法。
