摘要
通过运用序贯寿命试验方案来考察设备是否达到系统所要求的可靠性指标。并在MATLAB软件中通过编程序来快速的求得试验所需的最大失效数,以及和这些失效数所对应的最小接收试验时间和最大拒收试验时间。
The system reliability of the equipment is identified by the use of sequential life in a test program. Moreover, we can obtain the largest number of failures required in the test rapidly by Matlab software, as well as the corresponding minimum received time and the maximum rejective time.
