摘要
运用循环伏安法在玻碳电极表面制备了3,3′-二氨基联苯胺(DAB)聚合膜修饰电极.研究了实验条件对膜生长过程的影响和DAB聚合膜修饰电极的电化学行为,讨论了该修饰电极对亚硝酸根和过氧化氢的电催化还原作用.结果表明:亚硝酸根和过氧化氢在DAB聚合膜修饰电极上具有很好的电流响应,催化峰电流与底物浓度分别在1×10-5mol/L~4×10-3mol/L和3.0×10-3mol/L~1.9×10-1mol/L的范围内呈良好的线性关系,有望用于实际样品的分析.

A stable poly(3,3′-diamino benzidine) chemically modified electrode was prepared on the glass carbon electrode by using cyclic voltammetry.The effects of various experimented conditions were discussed as for the polymerization process and the electrochemical behaviour of the film was investigated in detail.The result sexhibited that the film could be used for the electrocatalytic reduction of nitrite and hydrogen peroxide.Meanwhile,this electrode also show a good linear current response for the nitrite and hydrogen peroxide in the range of 1×10-5 mol/L~4×10-3 mol/L and 3×10-3 mol/L~1.9×10-1 mol/L respectively.
