The management information system has become modern necessity means for the state-owned business enterprise realizing the management of the logical arrangement turns, the technology turns. Usually it can be the norms of management, supporting lead decision, increasing the business enterprise carries camp efficiency for business enterprise. This system adoptes the constructive,life cycle method development, with the language of Microsoft＇ s. NET proceeding the procedure devololpment.
