摘要
通过对哈尔滨市中学课余速滑训练队的情况进行调研,对影响训练的主客观因素进行深入分析,指出了中学课余速滑训练队存在资金投入不足、训练场地设施不理想等问题.提出通过多种途径增加对课余速度滑冰运动训练的资金投入,运用多种手段调动广大体育教师工作的积极性,加强教练培训等促进中学课余速度滑冰训练的建议.
Through the survey on the middle school speed-skating training after school of Harbin, carrying out thorough analysis and discussion on all the subjective and objectiv factors affecting the training. The following problems existing in the middle school speed-skating training after school was pointed out： the fund using is deficiency, the training faeilities and space are not ideal and so on. Proposed sonm suggest that increasing the investing into the speed skating training after school through various approachs, applying a variety of means to mobilize extensive physical-training teacher job enthusiasm, reinforcing trainings to the coaches to boost the middle school speed skating training after school
