高频电波刀在妇科手术中的应用

摘要 子宫颈电环切除术（loop electrosurgical excision procedure,LEEP）由于操作方便,可保留生育功能,在欧美国家广泛应用于子宫颈上皮内瘤变（cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN）的诊断和治疗,近几年在国内也陆续有报道。我们总结2003年4月至2008年5月经细胞学（TCT）、阴道镜和病理学诊断为CIN的患者186例的临床资料。探讨LEEP手术方法、术后并发症、预防措施及手术后标本的观察处理原则,报告如下。
