摘要
目的:观察乌鸡白凤丸对6月龄去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的影响。方法:采用去卵巢的方法建立大鼠骨质疏松模型,以表观骨密度、生物力学、血清生化等指标评价乌鸡白凤丸抗骨质疏松的作用。结果:乌鸡白凤丸能有效增加骨质疏松症大鼠的骨表观骨密度,有效提高股骨三点弯曲最大载荷,可明显升高大鼠血清钙、血清磷含量;但对碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、羟脯氨酸(HOP)雌二醇(E_2)未见影响。结论:本实验条件下,乌鸡白凤丸对去卵巢导致的6月龄大鼠骨质疏松症具有一定的防治作用。
Objective： To investigate effect of Wujibaifeng Pills （ WJ） on osteoporosis of 6-month old ovariectonmized （OVX） rat, Methads： Ovariectonmized （OVX） rat model is established to evaluate osteoporosis of which parameters investigated included Apparent bone mineral density,biomechanical, Serum biochemical. Results： WJ has effective in preventing bone loss in ovariectomized rats, increase in the apparent bone mineral density; effectively enhance the biomeohanics of the femur three--point bending moment; It has no effect on ALP, HOP and E2 activities but can be significantly increase level of serum total calcium and serum phosphorus. Conclusions ： WJ has prevention on osteoporosis of 6- month old ovariectionmized rats in our study condition.
