摘要
提出了一种新的矩阵变换器过流保护策略。当出现过载故障时,通过控制变换器开关连接状态可以为负载提供合理的续流回路,使负载储能快速释放,减少了对箝位电路的损耗,并使开关器件免受故障影响。通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真,验证了提出策略的正确性和有效性。
A new over-current protection method for matrix converter is proposed. The key of the proposed method is to provide a proper path for the load to release the stored energy quickly in overload cases, which reduces the loss of clamp circuit and make the switches free of the influence of fault. The validity and the correctness of the presented theory are verified by the simulation of MATLAB/simulink.
