摘要
随着传统话音及各种多媒体业务及应用的IP化,各种音频、视频媒体流将承载在IP网络上,这些分组化的媒体流具有不同性能要求,并且网络向这些媒体流提供的性能好坏直接影响到用户的业务体验。因此这些分组化媒体流是否能够满足所预期的性能指标要求,以及针对这些媒体流的服务质量保证机制受到越来越多的关注。
Along with the evolution of traditional voice and multimedia service and applications towards IP-based, audio and video media stream will he carried on IP network. Different packet media have differenteapability requirements, and the network capability will affect the user experience. Therefore, topics like how to guarantee that the packetized media stream can satisfy the expected requirements, as well as the QoS mechanism for the media stream, have draw more attention.
