摘要
动物是生态系统中极为重要的组成部分。物种及其多样性是人类持续发展的先决条件,它关系到人类的食物、健康和生活质量。然而当前人与动物的关系不断走向冲突、对抗,人作为拥有无比优越感的主体具有不可推卸的主要责任。保护动物不一定意味着赋予动物主体地位,动物只能是法律关系的客体,我们应把动物作为特殊的物加以保护。
Animals in the ecosystem is an extremely important component of the human species and its diversity is a prerequisite for sustainable development,it is closely related to human food, health and quality of life. However, the current relationship between man and animals constantly to conflict,confrontation, as people have a great sense of superiority with the main body can not shirk its primary responsibility. Animal protection does not necessarily mean that given the dominant position of animals, animal can only be the object of legal relations,we should as a special animal-protection.
