摘要
对氨基磺酸法制备月桂醇硫酸铵盐合成工艺条件进行了研究，重点探讨了使用尿素、尿素与酸及复合酸作为催化剂的反应情况，分别研究了物料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间和温度对产品收率及质量的影响。实验结果表明：尿素有较好的助催化效果；采用尿素与复合酸作为催化剂时，在反应温度１０５℃、反应时间２ｈ，催化剂用量０．５％时，产品收率达到９４％以上。
The synthesis conditions of preparing ammonium lauryl sulfate from aminosulfonic acid were researched in the paper.The result showed that urea and some inorganic acids had the effect of aiding catalysis and the yield of product was over 94% under the optimum synthesizing conditions of 105℃ for 2 h with 0.5% catalyst.
