摘要
"互动"发展是社会进步的一大动力机制,本文在介绍高职院校与企业互动内涵的基础上,对国内外高职院校与企业互动的模式进行分析,并对高职院校在与企业互动机制中将"企业客户化"的互动方式进行探讨,然后从二者互动的"战略联盟"合作发展观,"互利共赢"双重效能观以及良性长效互动环境来分析良性互动机制的形成。
The essay analyses the mode of domestic and foreign higher vocational colleges on the basis of introducing the connotations of the high vocational colleges and enterprises interaction and puts forward discussions about the enterprise-customized interactive method. Moreover, the paper analyzes formation of the positive interaction system based on the cooperative development concept of strategic alliance and double effectiveness of the mutually beneficial policy as well as the establishment of an interactive environment with tong-term positive outlook.
