摘要
针对目前国内小麦淀粉的生产工艺作了分析。并参照国外的先进生产工艺,结合我国的实际情况,提出了在生产工艺中增加旋流器的方法,以降低淀粉中蛋白质的含量及提高出率。这种方法已在淀粉厂实验运行,并收到了较好的效果。
The domestic production technology of wheat starch was analysed and the method of using the revolving flow separator in the wheat starch process was also offered in order to reduce the protein content in the wheat starch and increase the starch yield in the paper.The new technology has been used in the starch plant recently and the effect of above was obvious.
