摘要 通过动态岩心滤失试验、静滤失实验仪以及抗张强度试验研究了隔离膜处理剂CMJ有效成膜的岩心孔隙和渗透率范围及其对岩心破裂压力的影响。结果表明:隔离膜处理剂CMJ能在40 min、渗透率小于813×10-3μm2、最大孔喉直径约小于114μm的岩心上形成不透水的隔离膜。加有隔离膜处理剂的钻井液均可明显提高突破压力,提高井眼破裂压力,稳定井壁,保护储层。 A drilling fluid additive, which can generate a water-proof membrane on cores, was studied through dynamic and static core filtration tests, as well as tensile strength experiment. the cores on which the water-proof membrane was formed had a porosity of 813×10-3 μm2 and a maximum pore throat diameter of 114 μm. The addition of isolation membrane additives can increase the breakthrough pressures and collapse pressures of formation rocks, thus improving the borehole stability and protecting the reservoir.
